"Fantastic Back Brace"
I ordered the orthorelieve back brace, but it was too small when it arrived. I reached out to Mel, and she sent me a larger one at no extra cost, plus she didn’t even want the original back! That was just awesome. Once the right size came, I’ve hardly taken it off. It’s super comfy and really well made. I can totally suggest that anyone dealing with back issues should contact orthorelieve and grab one ASAP. Just a quick tip: measure your midsection first to ensure you get the right fit. Big thanks to Mel for the great service!

"Top-notch customer service experience!"
I’ve gotta say, the customer service here is the best I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a brace for my brother but messed up the size. Ortho jumped right in and swapped it out for the right one, no shipping fees at all. My brother and I are super happy with how the Ortho back brace has worked out. His pain went from a solid 10 down to maybe a 2, and most of the time it’s a 0! Big thanks to Ortho for such an awesome product! Phil Story

"Definitely suggest this back support."
I placed my order according to the provided measurements, but it turned out to be a bit small for me. I reached out to Orthorelieve, and they asked me to send some pictures and take new measurements. They promptly sent me the next size up, and I must say, their customer service was super friendly and quick to respond. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Now, about the belt—I'm really into it. The various inserts and the removable pads for the back are just fantastic. I would totally recommend it!!!!

"Awesome Support from the Team"
What an amazing company! I accidentally got the wrong size back brace and was feeling pretty annoyed, thinking I’d have to buy the right one again. But guess what? I contacted them, and they’re sending me the correct size at no cost. I don’t even need to send the original back. Now THAT’S what I call customer service!

The back support didn’t fit me right, so I couldn’t use it. They issued a complete refund with no strings attached. I was also encouraged to pass the brace on to someone I know who might benefit from it. It appears that the folks at Orthorelieve are genuinely kind and compassionate, and they might even have a Christian vibe, given their business approach.
